The study of the genetic mechanisms that govern the inheritance, expression, and alteration of genetic material constitutes a cornerstone for the interpretation of the physiology, pathogenesis, and diversity of human diseases. Within the framework of modern medical science, Medical and Laboratory Genetics are no longer limited to theoretical analysis, but are emerging as essential specialties for the diagnosis, prognosis,
